In health tourism, visitors mostly arrive from abroad, in their own language, on a mobile device. The project was therefore built not as a website but as a platform operating in nine languages at once: each language is served from its own address, and shared links open in the correct language.
To keep nine languages sustainable, content is produced from a single skeleton. When a new treatment page is added, its structure, links and search data follow the same pattern across every language, so no drift develops between locales.
On the conversion side, form flows sit at the centre of the platform: country detection, capturing phone numbers in international format, and routing each enquiry to the right team were each solved separately. Technically, page speed, structured data and language annotations were established from the outset.
