For most businesses a website is the first point of contact: visitors form most of their judgement before speaking to anyone. So we start not with design but with the question the page has to answer — who arrives, what they are looking for, and where they hesitate.

Corporate sites, e-commerce and custom platforms all sit on the same foundation: pages that load fast, layouts that hold up on mobile, and content the client can manage from an admin panel. Page speed, search visibility and structured data are part of the build, not a layer added afterwards.

Many businesses operating in Cyprus need more than one language — in healthcare, tourism and education most visitors arrive from abroad. Building the multilingual structure from the start is both cheaper and sturdier than retrofitting it: each language is served from its own address and all content is fed from a single skeleton.

The process starts with discovery: which pages of the current site actually work, where visitors get stuck, and which questions keep coming in by phone. Structure and flow are mapped next, and design sits on top of that skeleton. When the order is reversed, you end up with pages that look good but give no clue where to click.

Launch is not the end of the work. A live site still needs updates, backups and measurement; without them problems tend to grow quietly — a form stops sending, page speed drifts down, or a plugin leaves a security hole. We agree at the start on what gets monitored after handover.

What can be edited from the admin panel is also decided up front. Text, images, posts and products — anything that changes regularly — is opened to your team, while structural changes that could break the layout stay on the developer side. That split lets you work day to day without depending on us.

Frequently asked

Can we update the site ourselves afterwards?

Yes. Every site we deliver has an admin panel that needs no technical knowledge for content: text, images, blog posts and contact details are yours to change. What still needs us is structural work — a new page type or a new form flow, for example.

Do you use ready-made themes or build from scratch?

From scratch. A ready-made theme starts quickly but carries the code of dozens of features you will never use, which raises both page weight and the cost of changing anything later. An interface written from scratch contains only what you need.

Is it wiser to refresh the current site or rebuild it?

That decision usually rests on the foundation rather than the design. If the structure is sound and only the appearance has aged, a refresh costs less. But if page speed is poor, the layout breaks on mobile, or managing content means editing files by hand, patching soon costs more than rebuilding.

What happens after handover?

Once the site is live we run a short handover session and walk through how the panel works. After that you can continue with a maintenance and updates arrangement, or take the site entirely into your own hands — we leave no lock-in behind.
