In launch communication, attention is the scarcest resource. Viewers either stay or scroll within the first seconds, so the animation is built by deciding what the story says at which second — not by adding decoration.
Production starts with a storyboard: scenes, message order and rhythm are settled before a single frame is designed. The visual language is then derived from the brand's existing identity, so the animation becomes the brand in motion rather than a separate world.
The delivery is not a single file: horizontal, vertical and square formats, subtitled and clean versions, and an edit that works with the sound off. The same story is cut to perform on every channel it is published to.
